As the visionary force behind Knowledge Addict, I am a seasoned IT professional with a proven track record in driving innovation, I have thrived as the Lead Junior Development Technician on the groundbreaking Raven system now moving into the position of Development Lead. Through strategic in-house development, I have successfully reduced costs, surpassing industry giants. My dedication to excellence was recognised with the prestigious 2022 RAF Leeming Station Innovation Award, acknowledging my significant contributions to RAF defence digital solutions and later being named on the King’s Birthday Honours List 2024 after being awarded a 3* commendation for my work to scale the capability after its rapid adoption in operational environments.

With a relentless pursuit of knowledge, I continuously enhance my technical expertise by obtaining recognised industry certifications. Presently, I hold CompTIA Security+ and Linux+, as well as, Cisco CCNP Enterprise and CISSP certifications, while actively working towards achieving more security-based certifications such as Cisco CCNP Security and CISM.

In my current role as the Development Lead for the cutting-edge Raven IT system, I bring a unique blend of technical proficiency and hands-on experience to the table.
